Why should you use our Secure Shredding service?

We can instead place secure, locking containers throughout your workspaces so that employees can simply deposit documents without the hassle of removing any bindings, paper clips or staples. As an added benefit, anything discarded in error has a chance of being recovered until the bins are cleared.

In the event of a privacy violation, complaint or audit, your firm can be asked to verify its compliance to data protection systems. Destroying materials yourself provides you with no verifiable record of ongoing regulatory compliance, but our service provides you with an audit trail and, on request, a Certificate of Destruction.

The shredded material we produce is normally recycled, an environmental benefit.

  • must supply Certificates of Good Character (from the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service)
  • must sign confidentiality agreements
  • must wear company uniforms
  • must display company issued picture IDs
