We can assist in making your move a much less traumatic experience. Whether it is personal, business, a small room, or an entire office building, we provide full professional project management and implementation support including:

  • Loading & Packing Service, including supplying: –

    • Boxes/ Tape
    • Trucking
    • Unpacking assistance
    • Clean-up service
    • Post-move repair service

Full-service costs are affected by the following factors:

  • The weight/ sizes of your household belongings — in general, the more stuff you move, the more expensive your move will be. Not only does it take longer to load and unload a large household, but it also requires a bigger truck.
  • Logistical issues – moving to/ from upper floors of building, places with convoluted access ways etc can affect costs.
  • The distance between your origin and destination — the farther the move, the more expensive it will be.
  • Labor costs — your charges depend on the type of service offering chosen.
  • Packing costs — including disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed.
  • Insurance coverage — we have insurance to cover any damages to items being moved.

Partial service

In this service the client handles all the packing of their items, and we just collect and deliver to the new location. The client is therefore responsible for any damages related to the packaging of the household contents.

Clients using this service can call us to assist with the moving of items and also unpacking if they choose.

How does the DIY moving process work? You: 

  • Go online or call to get an estimate.
  • Schedule a delivery day for the Pod/ Trailer, sign the paperwork and pay your deposit
  • Pod/ Trainer is delivered
  • Start loading your stuff into the container(s) at your convenience
  • Call to schedule pickup and delivery of the containers to their next destination
  • Unload the container at your convenience
  • Call to schedule pickup of the emptied Pod/ Trailer
  • Pay the bill as applicable for the period for which you had the Pod/ Trailer

Each SecurePOD is recommended for different amounts of items. We deliver the portable storage unit right to your home or business. Once the storage container is at your location, you can take as much time as you need to load it up with your belongings. When you’re ready, give us a call and we’ll pick up the unit and carry it to your new location for your unloading.

  • The 20-foot SecurePOD container typically holds five to six rooms’ worth of items and is ideal for:
    • Moving larger homes
    • Moving larger apartments
    • Moving large displays to exhibitions or conferences
  • We can also offer an unpacking service for a small cost if desired.

Moving Boxes

We can also supply moving boxes to help you with your packing up. These are available in a variety of sizes and can be ordered as needed.

Moving Blankets

These help protect appliances plus delicate wooden and other furniture from scratches and scuff marks. They are also used for wrapping valuables such as China, pieces of art, mirrors, and pictures. They can also be used as padding between items to avoid damage while valuables are being transported in the truck. Also help minimize risk to your walls and floors.
